I am not big fan of speed reincs gears as it might not be that useful after all my reincs are completed. I want to buy gears that causes max damages

So far, so good & understood!

I really want to do re-incs as quickly as possible & be done with it.

3 Questions:

1; I plan to be a trade specialist - where/how do I get so many builders to get 3 peerless items fully sealed?

2; What about the Greyjoy adventure speed-talents?

- I do not want to end a Greyjoy, I´ll be back to Lannister (swindle-focus & personal favourite).

I imagine my playstyle after the re-incs between heavy adventuring & AvA - kind of obvious I know - my best action will be swindle for all SS - so: Is it possible to set-up an "adventuring gear" combo which I will wear when not in AvA that will get me to 70% adv-speed with items & seals so I can skip these 8 re-incs, or is it better to do these & get the bonus from talents?

3; Anything else I need to perm from non-lannister fealties if I want to be a trade/swindle focus player as described above? I haven´t worked out any other must-haves, but would welcome advice.
